Strokes4Survivors will launch with a "Learn to Row" weekend on July 16-18th.

Taught by experienced club members, the Learn to Row sessions focus on rowing fundamentals, safety procedures, and establishing our team of survivors. Classes are limited to 16 survivors and participants must be age 14 or older and able to swim.

The "Learn to Row" weekend will start on Friday night from 6 - 9pm with dinner, tours, and safety instruction.  Saturday and Sunday will be all day events as survivors come together to learn and rehab through a new and exciting sport!

To register for the Strokes4Survivors program please email   Renée Bremer at strokes4survivors@gmail.com
no later than JULY 14th.

Those who attend the "Learn to Row" weekend, will be invited to attend weekly rows at our Gingerville site on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30pm for approximately 12 weeks.

Helping survivors to help themselves is a major focus of rehabilitation. We encourage participants to work towards their goals by doing as much as they can within the guidelines established by their team of medical caregivers. Participants must download and complete the attached forms.
