Session #1 Starts on May 10th... 

If you've ever wanted to learn how to row... now is your chance! Classes are filling up fast!  As of May 7, we have one opening in Session #2, and Session #3 and only four spaces left in Session #4  - so act fast so you don't miss the boat!

The 2008 Season has begun!  Don't forget to renew your Membership!  Existing Members don't need to fill out a new profile, just login and click the Renew link next to your name.  Junior Members, visit the Join The Juniors to download the registration packet and follow the instructions.

The Annapolis Rowing Club (ARC) is both a recreational and competitive rowing club serving the Annapolis and surrounding area for more than 20 years. With over 100 members, experience ranges from beginner to advanced. ARC offers programs for both novice and experienced oarsmen. The ARC rowing season starts mid-March and ends in November, weather dependent. ARC is a non-profit, community-based membership organization dedicated to the promotion and advancement of the sport of rowing by providing the widest possible range of opportunities for training and participation.

Liz Clarke was one of 3 bronze medalists from ARC at the the Mid-Atlantic Erg Sprints 2008!  Amy Luken, was happy to cox the event, which meant yelling at her for 7 minutes & 50 seconds!

Bob Biddle teamed up with his son, Sam, for the Father & Son event at the Erg Sprints this year.  Both guys put on a strong showing at this annual event that will shake off the winter blues and show you what you're made of!  The official event photos have not been posted yet, but here are two from the day to tide you over.
